Hi there!
I'm Kick Stals, a 22 years old illustrator living in the Netherlands.
In june 2022 I graduated from the Bachelor Illustrated & Animated Storytelling at St.Joost School of Art & Design in Breda. I proudly presented my project 'Be aware' at the Graduation Show at St.Joost Breda, and later that year at the DutchDesignWeek in Eindhoven, ARTY PARTY in the Melkweg Amsterdam, BUT-FilmFestival in Breda and Klimaatfestival 040 in Eindhoven.
I am fascinated by the beautiful and scary things in life. I enjoy walks through the city, the park and the woods looking at the buildings, trees, people and creatures. All these things become part of little stories in my mind. I try to visualize how I would illustrate these stories and sometimes I end up doing that.
Other sources of inspiration are movies, music and books.
